Wel brings over seven years of dedicated experience in the disability field, focusing on empowering individuals with disabilities and mental health issues. With a background spanning youth work, childcare, and support services, she possesses a diverse skill set and a decade-long commitment to providing top-notch services. Wel's empathetic approach, shaped by her personal caregiving experience, enriches her role as director, ensuring tailored support for each individual.

Latha brings over a decade of invaluable expertise in the NDIS sector, serving as a Billing Officer for a Non-Profit Organisation. With a keen focus on finance, business planning, and budgeting, she excels in navigating the intricate landscape of financial management within the NDIS framework.
