SUMMER SAFETY CHECKLIST
Heat Safety
[ ] Apply sunscreen 20 minutes before going out
[ ] Reapply sunscreen every 2 hours
[ ] Wear a hat and sunglasses
[ ] Plan activities before 11am or after 3pm when possible
[ ] Know where shade is available at venue
[ ] Pack extra water
[ ] Dress in light, breathable clothing
[ ] Check if medications affect heat tolerance
[ ] Have a cooling plan (wet towel, mist spray, fan)
