SUMMER SAFETY CHECKLIST

Heat Safety

  • [ ] Apply sunscreen 20 minutes before going out

  • [ ] Reapply sunscreen every 2 hours

  • [ ] Wear a hat and sunglasses

  • [ ] Plan activities before 11am or after 3pm when possible

  • [ ] Know where shade is available at venue
